But seriously, Vineyard & Winery Management has done a great job on this video. I may be partial, but it's nice to see some Eastern Wine Industry icons here.

Wow. Here is your proof that vendors work hard at trade shows. I think we all look jetlagged, hung over, etc.
But seriously, Vineyard & Winery Management has done a great job on this video. I may be partial, but it's nice to see some Eastern Wine Industry icons here. http://wineriesunlimited.vwm-online.com/media.asp?medkey=2 Harvest is slowing down and even over in most places. Three things to think about-
Please, seriously beat the rush and start arranging for the corks and capsules for the January bottling now. The Left Coast is sure to slow our production as we all turn the corner with harvest put to bed and plenty of proof that we have survived 2009 and can put this bastard behind us. We are ready to start discussing your new press, pump or destemmer for next year now. I can make a deal on shipping if you want it displayed at Wineries Unlimited. This is the most fun time of the year for us: Harvest.
Right now is the best time to start getting your ducks in a row for switching from Ramondin to Sparflex or customizing that cork. Please send emails of any type of image file to start the ball rolling with quotes, etc. for changes in capsules from stock to custom or from tin to aluminum, polylam, or PVC. And on a sidenote: If you are using ANY plastic corks, you really should be asking me for data on the Neutrocork. We are temporarily offering Minnesota Oak, 36 month aged, Bordeaux, thin- stave barrels at $330.00 plus freight. Minimum order 10 barrels.
We got a panicked phone call from a winery owner in California looking for parts for his destemmer/ crusher. It seems that stainless that can be carried is getting stolen at a higher rate and apparently used for cashing in at a scrap yard. Please keep your machines secured to prevent theft of parts.
It's official!
New world winery Equipment is now your exclusive source for tin, polylam, pvc, wire hoods, and Champagne foils from Sparflex! See them on the web while we construct the page on our site for them. Three tunes from a band from Watkins Glen. This stuff was recorded about ten years ago. I still love it. Dust- off, computer duster, any compressed air in a can used to clean electronics is a potentially dangerous substance. Kids will always experiment and this stuff is just one thing they will try. Inhaling these dusters will make the kids suffocate while they think it's a buzz. They can die from this stuff. Hide it. Don't buy it. Warn them about it. And implore your retailer to lock it up in the store. This past week and part of the next I am out touring some new locations from Missouri to North Carolina. Setting up machines in a few locations and talking about some good deals on closures. News is coming soon on a new and better capsule source. Options will include Poly lam capsules, PVC, tin, champagne foils, wire hoods, etc. |
